According to the CIPD, "Despite increased business awareness of the importance of actively supporting health and well-being in the workplace, there remains a stubborn ‘implementation gap’ in UK workplaces, which is threatening individuals’ health and long-term business sustainability.”
'Mental Toughness' can be described as the mindset of people and how they respond to pressure, stress and challenges. It has a significant impact on performance, positive behaviours and wellbeing in the workplace. Learn why 'Mental Toughness' is important in business
