Mental Well-Being & Resilience at University
Overview
University life can be exciting, challenging, and overwhelming all at once. This session is designed to give students a safe space to explore what mental well-being really looks like during their academic journey, and how to build resilience that lasts beyond the lecture room.
We’ll be discussing practical ways to manage stress, maintain balance, and stay grounded—especially during demanding seasons of study and personal growth. Speakers and panel contributors are to be confirmed, along with the start time and room, but the session will include open conversations, real-life experiences, and helpful tools for navigating uni life with confidence.
Whether you're new to university or already deep into your course, this is a great opportunity to ask questions, connect with other students, and learn more about thriving—not just surviving—during your studies.
