Mental Wellbeing in Research

About this Event

Do you feel that your mental health is impacted by the challenges of research? Do you feel down or exhausted because of the research workload? Want to know more about how to keep up your performance whilst maintaining a healthy life?

The ECR Network is pleased to host Dr. Bill Mitchell, an experienced clinical psychologist, who will talk about the challenges that researchers face and give insight into how to maintain mental wellbeing. Dr Mitchell will deliver practical ideas to address the real challenges researchers face day to day. Join us at Bentham House on the 27th of February for Dr Mitchell's talk and for informal drinks after the session.
