Mental wellbeing: one to one, confidential advice and support session
Confidential support available to NHS24 employees as part of Remploy's commitment to supporting mental health in the workplace.

Do you have depression, stress, anxiety, low mood, insomnia or another mental health condition which is affecting you at work? You are not alone. At least one in four people in the UK are affected by a mental health condition at some point in their life.
The Access to Work Mental Health Support Service delivered by Remploy, funded by the Department for Work and Pensions, provides confidential support to help you in your job.
You can apply for this service if you:

Are in permanent or temporary employment (working or signed off sick)

Have a mental health condition that has made you miss work, or is making it difficult to remain in work.
Our advisers will help you with:

Workplace support for nine months

Coping strategies
-
A wellbeing plan
-
Workplace adjustments
-
Getting support from your employer, if you’d like us to.
Additonal Information:
Book your appointment with Duncan Chisholm. This will take place in a private room on site. All subsequent appointments will take place in an appropriate environment of your choosing (this can be off site if requested).
You will have at least four face-to-face meetings along with fortnightly review telephone calls.
If you are unable to attend on the dates specified then please contact us and we will be happy to provide an alternative appointment on a date/time/location that is convenient for you.
