Mentor Training - 22nd September

At Reaseheath College we take the role of a mentor very seriously and recommend that newly appointed mentors attend our Mentor training sessions as a requirement of the role.

Mentors help apprentices develop their approach to work, including building rapport, team work, integrity and remaining positive and professional. They also teach them about company procedures and ways of working.
