Mentoring and Coaching in today’s organisation
Judith will share her experiences as a Leadership Mentor and Coach; we will look at CIPDs approach to Mentoring and share tools and tips in Mentoring and Coaching practice.
Speaker: Judith Barton is the Director of Coaching & Mentoring at British School of Coaching. She has over 20 years of experience developing senior leaders in government and private sectors. Judith is an Executive Coach to Business & Professional Women in the Gulf and recently developed BSC’s executive coaching presence in the Middle East. Domestically, she is the Programme Director r for Level 7 & 5 Coaching and Mentoring programmes and has been Adviser to the CPS, United Nations, Shell, HEFCE, Dubai Economic Department and Qatar Business Women’s Association.. Judith works with a highly effective solution-focussed approach to working with individuals and organisations to achieve their goals. Her passion is working with individuals to achieve their goals and seeing the return on investment.
