We've arranged this mentoring focused event which will be an evening of 2 parts - the first hour (from 18:00 to 19:00) is dedicated to existing Coventry & Warwickshire mentors to meet one another and to do supervision style work together with a buffet. In this section of the event we will look at: The Karpman Drama Triangle and PAC model: how to step out of the ‘game’ of communication and enhance your interactions as a coach, mentor, leader…human being!
This will then be followed by the main event from 19:00 to 20:30 which is open to all and is called: How State of Mind is King - the Key to Great Performance as follows:
• Introduction and research
• Case studies:
- The Bully and the Liar
- The Under-Performer
• Why we behave the way we do: how a negative state of mind can be triggered
• Introduction to Havening, a technique which can:
- Change state of mind
- Automatically change behaviour and beliefs
- Be used personally or recommended within a coaching, mentoring or HR context
• A mini-coaching session: practicing Self-Havening
