Mentoring (special interest group)
Monday, 23 November 2015 from 12:00 to 14:00 (GMT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
This interest group has been set up to develop good mentoring practice across the University through sharing experiences, learning together and developing our practice. Our aim is to cultivate a mentoring culture which is truly valued by our organisation and its people.
You are welcome to join our group whatever your experience of mentoring. You may want to develop your mentoring expertise, share your insights on mentoring or simply be interested in mentoring and want to know more about what it offers.
At this initial meeting, Dr Nicola Englyst, Lead for Medicine Mentoring Scheme will be talking about 'Lessons learned since setting up the mentoring scheme.' There will also be ample time for questions, sharing good practice and networking.
We hope that this group will build a valuable network of people with an interest in mentoring.
The group is hosted by the Mentoring team within the Institute for Learning Innovation and Development (ILIaD).
