We are aiming to hold a 1-hour mentoring sessions for managers in August and September 2025, with these taking place online.
This will hopefully maximise the opportunity for you to attend one of these sessions.
The sessions will outline the roles and responsibilities of an apprenticeship workplace mentor including:
- Setting up regular apprentice check ins
- Apprenticeship Compliance: Off the Job Hours and Skills Scans
- Making the most of progress reviews
- Planning workplace activity to mirror academic courses
- Working with the apprenticeship standard
- Planning for End Point Assessment
- Supporting apprentice engagement
The sessions will also provide online resources, including links to resources such as the apprenticeship standards, EPA Plans and acess to our Apprentice platform, Maytas Hub.
