The West Midlands Academic Health Science Network (WMAHSN) invites you to join us for the first series of Meridian Health and Social Care Entrepreneur Academy Bootcamps.

Do you work in health and social care? Do you have an idea that could transform the way you work? These bootcamps are designed to give you the information and training you need to turn your idea into a reality. Over three half days, you’ll learn how to develop your idea, learning from health entrepreneurs and experts in their field before pitching it to an expert panel.

With a different theme each day, below you will find a draft outline of what we hope to cover on each day.

By attending this series of events you will:

Experience an introduction to entrepreneurship.
Learn transferable skills such as pitching an idea.
Learn about innovation and idea development and what to consider throughout the process.

Who should attend?

These bootcamps are only available to staff of the Black Country & West Birmingham STP.
We are looking for those working in health and social care.
All clinical and non-clinical staff are welcome, whatever their job role

Accessing the session

Registrants will receive a link to access the session 1 week, 1 day and again 1 hour before the session begins directly from eventbrite. If you have not received your link by the day before the event, please contact sarah.wootton@wmahsn.org.
