This event will upskill attendees to be able to utilise the Meridian Health Innovation Exchange at a local level and provide them with the tools and information to share this with their organisation.
The course will provide information on the following:
- How to put together a campaign: Who to target; what to include; how to write the campaign; agree timelines
- How to market the campaign, including a communication plan
- How to use Meridian, gaining practical hands on experience
- Planning for the evaluation of ideas: Who will evaluate; timescales; how to evaluate; evaluation criteria; communication of decisions
