Bohemond de Rondell and Viviane de Coeurdefer invite their fellows, friends and family to join them at Gryphon’s Reach in Astolat, for an opportunity to teach and learn the ways of Anvil and the Empire, as well as pass a pleasant weekend’s guesting.

Provisional Timetable:

Friday evening 7pm till late: Socialising

Sat AM: Military Council Introduction/Senate Sessions

Sat PM: The Barossa College of War/Seminary of the Way

Sat evening: Dance, music and fine dining

Sunday: OC breakfast and takedown; leave the venue by noon.

Booking:

Cost: £85 plus optional £3 for a physical invitation sent through the actual post with an individual IC greeting*. An option will be included on the Eventbrite booking form for this.

Expressions of interest bookings will open at 6pm on 1 September – these will be free tickets on Eventbrite. I’ll post the link up in the event page. We will respond to confirm and ask for money before 1 October, to be paid in full by 1 February 2020.

* What’s that, I’m bored and like the idea of invitation cards? Yes, yes I am, and yes, yes I do. 🙂

Refund policy:

We will be following government guidelines for allowable numbers at a gathering in March 2021, and updating regularly.

If you cancel: a full refund will be available up to 26 February 2021; £10 admin fee for cancellations between 26 February and 19 March; any bookings cancelled after 19 March will be based on our costs, which we'll try to hold off on spending before then!

The optional £3 for a physical invitation is non-refundable.

If you cancel for Covid-related reasons: full refund whenever, just let me know. Though if it’s on the day, there’s a good chance that I’ll be sorting out the refund after the weekend…

If we cancel: A full refund will be given to everyone, regardless of timing. Featherstone Castle have a latest cancellation deadline of one week before the event, so we will let you know by 19 March 2021.

If we reschedule: Bookings will automatically roll over to a new date (tentatively autumn 2021, but we'll aim for as soon as possible), with the option to cancel. All ticket transfers must go through the event organisers.
