"Did anyone ever get fat eating sovereignty?": Liverpool and Northern Ireland after the EU referendum."
A talk by Paddy Hoey

Local, regional and national sovereignty are now, as a result, back on the agenda. What is the future for both regions and where will they be in 20 years?
