Do I need any previous experience?
None at all, just be eager to learn and have plenty of questions. If you can competently use a computer and the internet you'll be fine.
Do I need to pay for any specific software?
No, all the software we'll use on the day will be completely FREE and provided to you,
Which version/type of WordPress is this applicable to?
We'll be working with the most up-to-date version of WordPress on a self hosted install. However, the lessons are applicable to WordPress.com too.
What do I get?
During the day we'll work on a real life project and you'll have access to a real, working website. Thanks to our friends at DIGLAB you'll also be able to use the website and hosting for FREE for 12 months afterwards. They'll also provide online support after the workshop too.
