Event description

Description

Banking is changing like never before with the pace of innovation and technological change threatening well-established business models.

It’s fashionable to think that increasing digitisation and fintech will be the answer to those challenges. Yet despite the growth and popularity of fintech, customers continue to value and demand the reassurance and instant-fulfilment found in physical, branch-based experiences.

When customers want the best of both worlds, how do you unite bricks and clicks to provide customers with true choice and convenience? In this engaging panel discussion, hosted at Metro Bank’s flagship London store, we’ll hear from experts from across banking, retail and telecoms to discuss the latest thinking on how best to deliver integrated physical and digital experiences.

Breakfast, teas and coffees will be provided.
