Parents and carers are free to drop off or stay.
The class focuses on exploring 3D materials to make a Cactus plant and a mosaic tile inspired by mexican culture. Children will be encouraged to explore using every day and unusual objects to create art pieces.
Children will have the chance to make more than one piece of art. When they have finished their work, they can continue to create on our 'ARTsCOOL big draw wall' - this session will have a ‘Mexican Pattern’ theme.
A drink and a snack will be provided during the session.
Important information:
The class is run by insured DBS checked qualified art teachers.
The class is aimed at children in the age range 4-11. Children younger than 4 cannot attend even with a sibling.
As we are an Art school children are likely to get messy. Although we provide aprons we ask that children wear old clothing that you do not mind getting spoilt.
Parents are free drop off and collect at the end of the session. Alternatively, if you would prefer to stay there is space for you to relax.
The location is the Servite Parish Centre on Cavendish Road M7 4 WP . This is located directly behind Our Lady of Dolours Church on Bury New Road (near Lidl).
Once your booking has been confirmed, one of our team will be in touch for you to complete a short form to provide us with medical and photography consent.
