MH Training - Customer Service Training

This Customer Service Training Course is a 2 ½ hour session designed for people on the front line of customer service, whether face to face or over the phone.
The session is designed to explore the importance of customer service within all organisations and develop knowledge and understanding of successful customer service practices and key strategies on how to build rapport and deal with challenging situations effectively.

Explore different ways of creating/building rapport with customers;
Control conversations to gather information and provide solutions in an appropriate manner;
Calm angry customers down by showing a thorough understanding of their situation through the use of positive language
