In honour of MHAW’18 we will be running an event with a variety of fun and informative talks and workshops on topics such as:

• Stress management
• Local services
• Carer Support
• Mindfulness

Stay for the whole day or drop in for a specific talk. This event is for professionals who would like to learn more about mental health services available, carers, members of the public and local businesses. Anyone and everyone is welcome to join us in bringing the people of Stevenage together to end the stigma around mental health and improve wellbeing!

We anticipate this to be a popular event so please sign up on Eventbrite so that we can get an idea of numbers. We will also be providing a buffet lunch for networking and discussion to make sure that you are free to pop down for a bite to eat.

The first 30 people will receive a Wellbeing goody bag so get down quickly.
