Our Adult MHFA Online course qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider though MHFA England.
Course Dates
Session 1 - Tuesday January 19th 1:00 - 3:30pm
Session 2 - Thursday January 21st 1:00- 3:30pm
Session 3 - Monday 25th January 1:00 - 3:30pm
Session 4 -Tuesday 26th January 1:00 - 3:30pm
Delivered online via MHFA Learning Platform
Course Overview
Mental Health First Aiders have:
• An in depth understanding of mental health and the factors that can affect wellbeing
• Practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of mental health issues
• Confidence to step in, reassure and support a person in distress
• Enhanced interpersonal skills such as non-judgemental listening
• Knowledge to help someone recover their health by guiding them to further support - whether that’s self-help resources, through their employer, the NHS, or a mix
Learning takes place across four sessions, through a mix of interactive online sessions and home learning, each session is built around a Mental Health First Aid action plan.
Individual learning is required between each online session but this will take up to a maximum of 7 hours for the whole course
Everyone who completes the course gets:
• A manual to refer to whenever you need it
• A workbook including a helpful toolkit to support your own mental health
• A certificate of attendance to say you are a Mental Health First Aider

In the event of non-attendance we will invoice your organisation £120 for your place.
