This session is aimed at practitioners who are new to the process of requesting funding from grant-making organisations, aiming to build your organisation's capacity for generating grant income.
This session will cover:
- How to find grant opportunities for community mental health services
- Funding terms - what's the difference between running costs and project costs?
- How to identify a good fit between what you want to do and funders' priorities
- What funders typically want you to tell them
- Top tips for giving your grant application the best chance of success
- What to do when you're awarded a grant - and what to do when you're not
This session is free for MHNC member organisations. Places are limited to 3 attendees per organisation, unless there are spaces remaining.
