Event description
An opportunity for you to meet people from other organisations and look at mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

About this event

Building a mentally healthy and happy workplace and culture

Following our event at the end of August, we are following up requests to hear from organisations where support from staff and senior staff is making a positive difference. We are delighted to update you that a senior member of staff and a colleague from CALA will be joining this event and are happy to answer questions and share their approach so far.

This event will also include an opportunity to network as a group and chat through hints and tips to share with your own colleagues.

How will the network events help me?

Each meeting will include reflective practice to take away and help you apply the learning in your own role and organisation. There will also be time for networking and making new connections. Time to share current challenges and suggested topics for future meetings will be included.

Guest speakers will attend meetings to add specialist knowledge and update e.g. good practice and regulatory requirements.

Who are the events for?

Anyone can attend and as part of developing an all-staff approach to mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, you are encouraged to share the learning with colleagues.

Joining Instructions?

Zoom invitations will be emailed a week before each meeting.

What is the cost?

All network events are FREE

Asking questions and hearing from others, the network aims to provide contacts and helpful information.

The sessions are complemented by our Learning Management System. This provides space to contact others and to access resources between sessions.

Some sessions include a guest speaker to add to the discussions. Sessions also help to make links with relevant reporting.

All network participants are encouraged to identify key roles and colleagues in their own organisation to help share messages and continue to develop a healthy and connected organisation.
