About this event

ARE YOU AN IMPOSTOR? - 18 AUG 2021

You are invited to join experienced life coach Ana Paula Nacif for her free interactive webinar on exploring the power of micro-actions - actions so small, so easy, that they hardly feel worth doing. When we think of things like this (if we ever do) we often think about how taking one small action, repeatedly, over long periods of time, adds up. It's the compounding effect of incremental change, and it's world changing.

What are Connect Well Wellbeing Wednesdays? - Loneliness and isolation are a very real problem for millions of Londoners and the restrictions introduced to help combat COVID-19 have only made things worse. Based on the key principles of positive behaviour change, Wellbeing Wednesdays are FREE online support groups that help participants become more confident, motivated and resilient.

Facilitated by experienced life coaches and therapists, Wellbeing Wednesdays are interactive standalone workshops that take place on a Wednesday. Workshops may happen at different times of day and focus on different themes but the aim of every session is to help participants improve their overall health and wellbeing and better manage day-to-day life.

Join us at the MICRO-ACTIONS CAN CHANGE YOUR WORLD workshop to:

  • Discover the impact of micro-actions.
  • Learn how micro-actions can support your health and wellbeing.
  • Using micro-actions in your daily life to combat procrastination.

All Connect Well Wellbeing Wednesday workshops take place over Zoom and are currently free to anyone living in London who is over 18 years old and part of the HIV community.

Places on each Wellbeing Wednesday workshop are allocated on a first come basis – with a maximum of 24 participants per group.

Ana Paula Nacif is an experienced wellbeing coach. Ana's coaching style is insightful, challenging, intuitive, encouraging, direct and energetic. By creating an atmosphere of trust, she is able to challenge comfort zones and tap into the resourcefulness of her clients with clarity.
