Join Ineke Houtenbos from IH Training and Consultancy, for an insightful session on microaggressions, where we explore the subtle yet impactful actions or comments that can unintentionally hurt or offend individuals based on their race, culture, beliefs, or gender.

This workshop delves into the different types of microaggressions, including micro-assaults, micro-insults, and micro-invalidations, and their profound impact in the workplace.

Through case studies and practical frameworks, delegates will learn how to acknowledge, educate, and model inclusive language to foster a more inclusive environment.

This session is essential for anyone committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in their professional and personal lives.

Facilitator: Ineke Houtenbos has a BSc in Social Pedagogy and is a CIPD Associate in Learning and Development for Managers, offering coaching sessions for professional and personal development.

Alongside providing training and coaching sessions, she also works for the NSPCC and delivers another series of workshops for UnLtd on safeguarding.
