As we celebrate the Micro:bit Educational Foundation's 10-year anniversary, join us at this in-person event, from 27 to 28 February 2026. We will come together to learn from a decade of collaboration and exploration, and consider what the next decade of technological innovation could mean for the young people of today.
This event is for anyone from around the world who wants to empower young people to create their best digital futures, powered by the BBC micro:bit. It brings together educators, innovators, curriculum designers, nonprofits, researchers, policy makers, and more to:

This two-day event is being held at Universitat Pompeu Fabra - Campus de la Ciutadella, Barcelona, Spain. There will be a diverse range of presentations, panels, poster sessions, social networking sessions and interactive workshops, all designed to inspire collaboration and spark deep discussions about some of the biggest challenges and opportunities in education across the world - including the impact of AI, how to teach in an evolving technological landscape, and how we can make digital education more accessible to everyone.
