Description
Experience the full power of an Access database. This Access course based in Bridgend, South Wales will extend the delegates knowledge of the advanced features within Microsoft Access both by expanding upon the skills learned on the Beginners and Intermediate courses. The course is for delegates who are builders and designers of their own databases.

Creating forms to use as switchboards; creating command buttons. Defining an action; action arguments; running a macro from a command button; the Autoexec macro; group macros and conditional macros. Creating multiple page forms and sub-forms, combo box properties; functions (including IF and SUM) and option groups. Designing reports; aggregate controls on reports; limiting records by using parameter queries. Setting a password; user level security; setting up an administrator's account and user accounts; assigning permission to database accounts.

To gain the maximum benefit from this course an attendee should have attended Beginners and Intermediate courses or have a thorough knowledge of the information contained within those courses.
