A short workshop designed for those who would like to make better use of the Microsoft Excel programme in order to support a role in finance or bookkeeping.
What will I learn?
- Organising Data and using Tables to work more efficiently
- Analysing data using Pivot tables and Pivot charts
- Sorting and grouping data
- Quickly Analysing Data
- Using the Goal Seek function to find the answer you want.
- Finding the data you are looking for by using VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
Who is the course for?
This workshop is aimed at people either currently working in or studying in finance and bookkeeping settings, and who have a general understanding of basic Excel functions.
Will I have to provide anything?
If you have one, you can bring in a USB (memory) stick so you can take home the example files and work completed in the course.
The memory needed will be less than 1 Gigabyte so any old memory stick you have lying around with a little bit of space on it would be OK.
