Excel training: Intermediate level

ODST is pleased to provide an intermediate-level Excel training session, to support staff who wish to boost their skills and use Excel more effectively in their day to day work. Please pass this invitation on to relevant colleagues.

Participants will learn to:

· create and format charts

· work effectively with multiple sheets in workbooks

· use productivity tools

· format data

· use quick analysis tools

· filter and sort

· use formulas

· work with the Excel list/database features.

The course will be led by David Locke, Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director, ODST; and Katie Rayner, School Business Manager, Dr South's CE Primary School.

Who is it for? Any school staff member who would benefit from gaining new skills in Excel. Places are limited; but we do plan to run further courses if there is sufficient demand. Participants will need to bring a laptop with Excel 2013 or later.

When is it? Wednesday 31 January 2018, 9.30am-3.30pm. Lunch will be provided.

How much does it cost? £15 to cover the cost of the day.
