Event Details

This year our regional conference will focus on how to manage changes in the Employee Life-cycle.

Set against a backdrop which has seen huge changes both in societal norms and legislation, now more than ever, the workplace contains people of different generations with varying needs and expectations.  Ranging from Millennials embarking on an apprenticeship, to those with shared responsibility for childcare or elderly relatives and finally older workers transitioning towards an undefined retirement date, today's employer needs a comprehensive range of approaches and tools at their disposal to keep their workforce productive and engaged.

The conference will focus on the challenges and opportunities of five generations in the workplace, at the same time.

A variety of sessions and workshops have been designed to help equip HR professionals with the

strategic and operational knowledge to fully realise the benefits of inter-generational working.

This is a regional event; a collaboration between Cambridge, Peterborough and Norfolk and their surrounding areas.  We have been working together with the CIPD head office to bring you a strong programme of speakers and practical workshops.

Registration is from 08:00 with the event starting, promptly, at 09:00.

When booking, you will be asked to select your prefered session choices.
Please view our CONFERENCE TIMETABLE for information of all sessions.
