Who are Mid Life Thriving?
Our mission is to empower people to thrive in mid life. A collaboration of three coaches - Aaron Listhaus, Erica Gibbon and Sophie Carvin, with diverse career backgrounds and life experiences, Erica is also a BANT qualified Nutritional Therapist and Functional Medicine practitioner.
We're growing a supportive community of like-minded people who value learning and personal growth, through our regular on-line and in person programmes. We coach, share insight and practical tools focused on lifestyle and mental fitness, sessions last from 1 hour to 12 weeks.
This programme runs online each week for 12 weeks .
Your investment for current and future you will include:
- Up to 1 hour video learning at weekends.
- Up to 1 hour each week group coaching session (Mondays 6-7pm UK/1 - 2pm EST US time)
- Up to 15 minutes each weekday app-led mental fitness practice and learning, spread throughout the day.
- A couple of minutes daily connecting with the community via a WhatsApp group
- Two 1 hour sessions of 1:1 coaching to suit your schedule.
