Description

The practice of meditation is quite simply a way to support relaxation and manage stress levels, enhance clarity of mind and provide a sense of calm, wellbeing and focus. All achieved by simply bringing the mind to rest on a point of focus, be that the breath, the body, or other visualisations.

These session seek to provide an introduction to what meditation is, explain the benefits, and provide experience of the 'how' via guided practice, with the focus of attention being the breath. These simple breathing techniques can be incorporated into your daily life, helping you achieve a greater sense of calm and wellbeing.

Perfect to return to work, relaxed and recharged for the rest of the day.

Please note these meditation classes are open to exclusively to those who work in our buildings at Broadgate only. The classes, which will turn weekly from 8 May, will begin at 12:30 and last for 30 minutes.
