30-minutes to reconnect, recharge and reset. Simple meditation and inquiry

About this Event

Join our free. weekly meditation session and a supportive community. The session consists of a gentle guided meditation hosted by Roger Hunt, founder of Alder Tree Mindfulness, and a great way to support your ongoing mindfulness practice. 30-minutes to reconnect, recharge and restore. Open to all, beginners and experienced are welcome. Meditations will vary from Mindfulness of breathing, body scan and stillness meditations. All sessions include posture set up and a short inquiry/reflection discussion after the meditation to aid understanding and to share experiences as a group. Longer training sessions and ongoing support are available from Alder Tree Mindfulness.
