About this event
Pause for 20 minutes in the middle of your day to experience a guided mindful meditation with Fiona Montgomery. 3 x 20-minute moments at the following times:

Everyone is welcome to join any pause at any time - stay for one, or all three mindful moments! The session will include:
• Brief explanations of the key concepts relating to mindfulness
• A chance to try out some short mindfulness meditation practices, guided by Fiona
• Opportunities to find support through sharing experiences of doing the practices with other participants
• Guidance on how to do the practices at home each day
• Suggestions for ways to promote self-care in difficult circumstances
• Resources such as links to video clips, suggested reading materials and useful websites
Fiona is a fully qualified mindfulness teacher registered with the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI) and the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA). Fiona has been teaching mindfulness since 2018, including the scientifically backed mindfulness-based stress reduction course (MBSR), mindfulness for parents, mindfulness for pre-schoolers and preschool teachers.
