About this event
Midweek Sound Bath at Neuro Align
✨ Hit pause, take a breath, and let the midweek stress melt away.
Ever heard of a sound bath? Think of it like a mini-vacation for your mind. Instead of soaking in bubbles, you’ll be immersed in waves of sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments. The result? Deep relaxation, a calmer mind, and a fresh reset for the rest of your week.
No experience needed—just bring yourself, some comfy clothes, and maybe a yoga mat or blanket to get cosy. All you have to do is lie back, listen, and let the sounds do the work.

About the facilitator
Tara is an experienced professional musician, music teacher, vocal coach and sound therapist who qualified at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and studied with the International Sound Healing Academy. She has been performing and teaching music for over 20 years and sharing sound baths in and around Bristol and Wales for the past three years.
Tara has used music to create meaningful connections for most of her life through performing and teaching music in various environments including bands, special schools, care homes and in community settings. The move to specifically study the healing power of sound was a natural step to deepen her understanding of how music and sounds can positively alter ones physical, emotional and spiritual state through deep listening, intention setting and energetic interaction with specific instruments.
Tara uses a mix of both ancient and modern sound healing instruments including Tibetan singing bowls, Crystal bowls, gongs, Koshi chimes, drums and her soothing voice to create the perfect environment for relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.
