Demand Avoidance
This two hour workshop is for parent and carers of autistic children or adults based in the Midlands. This workshop aims to increase parents and carers of demand avoidance and what they can do to help.
Our Demand Avoidance workshop will cover:
- What demand avoidance is
- Demand avoidance and autism
- Understanding behaviour and supportive strategies
- Words and phrases to use and avoid
Join this workshop to meet other local parents and develop your understanding around autism. This workshop will be held on Zoom. If you prefer to not be visible or audible on screen that is fine by us. This workshop is delivered by people with lived experience of autism.
