About this event

Autism and Executive Functioning

This two hour workshop is for parent and carers of autistic children or adults based in the Midlands. This workshop is designed to support parents and carers in understanding executive functioning and ways to support their autistic child or young person. You'll learn about the cognitive processes and how this can impact a person's ability to plan and carry out tasks. This workshop is being hosted by Northants SEND Mummas.

Our Autism and Executive Functioning will cover:

• To help you understand what we mean by ‘executive functions'

• To gain some insight into different autistic experiences

• To provide tips on how to support executive functioning differences

Join this workshop to meet other local parents and develop your understanding around autism. This workshop will be held on Zoom. If you prefer to not be visible or audible on screen that is fine by us. This workshop is delivered by people with lived experience of autism.
