In a collaboration between a number of different organisations we are curating a regional educational leadership network in the East and West Midlands to bring together leaders who are committed to reducing inequality and improving education for all.

The Launch Event
The event will bring educators from across the East and West Midlands to connect, collaborate and celebrate. We want educators and leaders to share how they are combatting inequality within education and therefore contributing to the positive disruption of leadership within our schools, colleges, early years settings, higher education institutions and beyond.
The Organisers and Hosts
Ben Hobbis is a serving school leader and teacher in the Midlands. He founded the award-winning and highly successful social enterprise, Step Up Network CIC in 2022, with the organisation launching in 2023. In 2024, after one year in operation, Step Up was named as one of the top 100 social enterprises in the UK, and has been nominated for several other prestigous awards.
