Midlands Unite Training Hub - Christian Youth Leaders & your team

Come and join us on the 14th March 2026 here at Whitemoor Lakes, bring your team to be equipped, resourced and empowered for youth ministry& youthwork and to take back to your locations across the Midlands.

This will be a day of inspiration, learning, and fellowship as we come together to grow and be equipped with other Christian Youth Leaders, Volunteers and Youth Organisations coming together from across the Midlands. We collaborate closely with leading youth ministries - The Message Trust, Urban Saints, Young Life International, Reign Ministries, Catalyst Youth Trust and Youth for Christ to offer valuable training and guidance to all connected leaders.

Join us for a fun full day of workshops and coaching designed to equip and inspire Christian youth leaders, volunteers and youth organisations from across the Midlands.

Morning Coaching Sessions (from 9:00am-9:40am)
In the morning and afternoon of 1-to-1 coaching sessions (40 minutes each) with our partner organisations — a chance for personalised input, advice, and idea-sharing tailored to your context.

Workshops
Throughout the day, attend a variety of practical and inspiring workshops: Urban Saints, Reign Ministries, Catalyst Youth Trust and Youth for Christ!

• – Many Nations, One Family: A workshop designed to equip participants with practical skills for supporting young people from diverse cultural backgrounds in Christian faith conversations across various settings.
• – Leadership with Young People: Practical tools and insights for developing young leaders and leading effectively yourself.
• – Recruiting Volunteers / Growing Your Team: The effectiveness of any local ministry is shaped by both the quality and the number of volunteers who serve in it. We’d like to explore a tool that helps visualise this process and highlights practical steps you can take to strengthen your volunteer team
• – School Ministry: Catalyst Youth Trust works with around nineteen secondary schools and fifteen primary schools across the Shropshire region each year. Through a wide range of delivery methods and partnerships, we’re able to impact thousands of young people with the love of Jesus. In this session, we’ll explore what it really looks like to work with schools over the long term — the kind of steady presence that builds trust and opens doors. We’ll look at how to communicate well with staff, how to navigate the moments that feel tricky, and how to keep our approach fresh by drawing on diverse experiences and creative opportunities for young people. Whether you’re already working in schools or just beginning to explore it, this training will offer practical insight, shared wisdom, and encouragement for the journey.

After lunch, In the afternoon, there will be a time for Coaching sessions or Activities (13:30pm-14:30pm ) with an organisation or join in with activities at the centre.

Keynote Speaker

We’ll come back together for Michael Hunter from Young Life International our keynote speaker who will wrap up our time together with time to prayer together.
