All equipment, mats etc, will be provided, but you are most welcome to bring your own blanket or pillow for the relaxation section of the workshop.
Sam is a reiki master practitioner and a member of the UK Reiki Federation with 14 years experience working with subtle energy. Gemma is a qualified Yoga Teacher with 15 years experience working with all kinds of people sharing her passion of yoga.
