We call this Breath Sequencing, we explore 4 different breathwork styles every sessions. Examples include - Coherence Breathing; 4-7-8 breath; Bellows breath; Breath awareness; Conscious connected breathwork
The majority of our breath segments are designed to reconnect you to your inner calm, but we do offer at least one activating breath to shake things up a bit. For these more activating breath styles we offer alternatives so you can relax and just cultivate your own relationship with your breath
