About this event

Spirituality • Christianity

There are an estimated 50 million potential victims of modern slavery worldwide, including over 120,000 in the UK. What drives this evil exploitation of human beings, how is it changing and what can we do in our communities and churches to bring it to an end?

Ben Ryan is the Deputy CEO at Medaille Trust, one of the leading providers of survivor support services for victims of modern slavery and human trafficking. Previously he was National Public Policy and Ethics Adviser at the Church of England and Head of Research at the Christian think tank Theos.

We suggest a donation of £5 to cover our costs, but free tickets are also available so as not to exclude anyone who would like to come. All are welcome.
