ECPAT UK and World Vision Vietnam launch their resources informing Vietnamese migrants at risk of exploitation about their rights in the UK
About this event
As part of their Home Office funded Tackling Modern Slavery project, World Vision Vietnam commissioned ECPAT UK to develop resources aimed at adults and young people travelling to or in the UK, to inform them about trafficking, exploitation and their rights. This online event marks the launch of these resources, involving contributions from expert speakers:
Patricia Hynes - Reader in Forced Migration, University of Bedfordshire
Dr Chung Pham - Vietnam Specialist, Locate International
This event will be followed by a second event on 23rd March, aimed at frontline practitioners who may be working with Vietnamese migrants.
