Mike Phelan
Mike Phelan is a footballing legend who has won every major honor as a player, coach, assistant manager, and manager, including Premier League and Champions League titles. Renowned for his tenure alongside Sir Alex Ferguson at Manchester United, Phelan has faced elite tacticians like Guardiola and Klopp and coached icons such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Beckham, and Rashford. Beyond football, he is a growth mindset advocate with a passion for leadership and elite performance, collaborating with organizations like NASA and Sandhurst while consulting across diverse industries, blending unparalleled expertise with a drive for continuous improvement.

Paul McGuinness
Paul McGuinness is a highly respected coach with decades of experience in elite youth development.A UEFA Pro Licence holder and Loughborough University graduate in physical education and sports science, Paul spent 28 years at Manchester United, where he played a pivotal role in nurturing talents like Marcus Rashford, Danny Welbeck, and Paul Pogba.As U18 head coach, he led United to the 2011 FA Youth Cup title.Following his tenure at United, Paul served as a national coach developer with The FA and later as Head of Player Development at Leicester City’s academy.Now working as a consultant, he continues to mentor coaches and players across the game.Paul is the son of former Manchester United player and manager Wilf McGuinness.

Neil Harris
Neil Harris spent over 20 years as a youth development coach at Manchester United, where he worked with players from the age of 13 to 16 and played a key role in guiding future stars such as Scott McTominay, Anthony Elanga and Axel Tuanzebe on their journey to the first team. Highly regarded for his calm, supportive style and ability to make sessions both enjoyable and challenging, Neil holds a UEFA A Licence and the FA Advanced Youth Award. His experience at one of the world’s most successful academies gives him an outstanding reputation for developing young players and helping them reach their potential.
