Event description

Description

Walk over 26.2ft of red-hot embers, raise money for Tenovus Cancer Care and a charity of your choice.

On 28th April 2019 Mike Bolton is running the 26.2 miles of the Virgin London Marathon. Join him to do a slightly shorter distance, the shortest sponsored walk you'll ever do!!

Cliff Mann from Time4Change will conduct training and ensure that you feel confident, motivated and completely safe. Cliff and his team have run many firewalks and are used often by charities and corporates because of their expertise and professionalism. www.t4c.org.uk

Come and be part of a fabulous evening, 100 people walking on fire! Walkers will receive a lovely commemorative T-shirt. There will be free chilli and curry for you and your supporters provided at the Golf Club. To quench your thirst and dampen any remaining embers the bar will be open for this event.

Walkers must commit to raising a minimum of £40 in sponsorship for Tenovus Cancer Care, any additional sponsorship can be shared with or for a charity of your choice. Fill in your charity options when registering and I'll send you appropriate sponsorship forms by email.
