Due to COVID, we are operating strict pre-booking procedures to ensure we manage numbers appropriately.

Groups of 12 will be allocated a dedicated coach who will lead the session from start to finish. The number of runners is dependent on the number of coaches we have available.

Sessions are £2, payable by cash on the day. PLEASE BRING EXACT CHANGE.

Once you have booked a place, please ensure you turn up :-) Places are limited and on a first come first served basis. Repeat no-shows will be removed from future sessions.
