We want you to be as much as comfortable when you lay or sit down during the sound bath. * Yoga or Pilates mat *Cushion - 1 or 2 for support of your head and lower back *Blanket - ( to feel cosier and more comfortable) *Water bottle

Wear comfortable clothes. T-shirt , leggings / joggers, jumper.

I never done Sound healing or Meditation, is that ok?

Yes thats absolutely fine. You don't need to have experiance. Let Monika know before session and she will assist you.
