The challenges of sustainability, diversity and the expectations of millennials as clients and employees are prompting reflection on how the culture of investment institutions can evolve to meet the needs of the future. How can organisations create cultures that support sustainability, enable people to bring their whole selves to work, and build trust with all their stakeholders?

An evening of candid, confidential conversation for millennials (and others) in the investment industry, in a participatory workshop format - with an opportunity to put your views to three senior industry leaders:

  • Elizabeth Corley, Vice-Chair and former CEO of Allianz Global Investors; Chair of the Advisory Group on Growing a Culture of Impact Investing in the UK

  • Tim Hodgson, Founder, Thinking Ahead Group, WillisTowersWatson

  • Russell Picot, Chair, HSBC UK Pension Scheme

We will discuss the issues raised in the paper Millennial Voices (but you don't have to have read it beforehand!)

Come at 5.30 pm for tea/coffee and networking. The discussion begins at 6.00 pm.
