Mills of the Tabular Hills Guided Walk

Part of the North York Moors National Park’s Guided Walks Programme. Join Jim Hall for a closer look at Appleton Mill on the River Seven, site of a mill since the 12th century.
On this 5.75 mile walk you’ll also visit the new working mill at Spaunton, hear tales of murder and drowning, and enjoy views of Lastingham and Cropton.
Packed lunch required. Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Dogs welcome but must be kept on a lead.
Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
Our guided walks are free, although a suggested donation of £2 is welcome, helping us to care for the National Park.
