This month will be different, expect a few different pubs but still with the same awesome people...

Powered Up Business Networking (PUBNetworking) is an “out of hours” networking event that does away with the usual networking formalities.

You’ll get to learn about the people behind the business - without a torrent of sales pitches …and bland tea and coffee. And you’ll get to have a lot of laughs whilst you’re at it!

As you know, the best business connections are the people you want to spend time with outside of work. They’re the people you can trust, and whose company you enjoy. PUBNetworking is the place to find them.

We have a loose structure, relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to learn from other business experts - with no strings attached.

Just bring yourself, your e-ticket and your best smile and you’re good to go.

Meet awesome people

We have a wide range of business people that attend. From start-ups to those with 30 years experience - across a wide range of industries. Everyone that attends is under no obligation to attend (we have no memberships, or contracts) so they’re there purely to meet people like you.

Build long-lasting relationships

We believe in a 'people buy from people' philosophy. In a relaxed environment, everyone feels comfortable and the connections you make are less forced, and more genuine. You’ll get to know each person in more detail - and have a good time doing so.

Learn things without pitches

And above all, we want you to have fun. Sometimes that’s easier with a drink in your hand (it also makes the terrible jokes slightly more tolerable…). Our networking events are all about you, your passions and your business success.

For this upcoming event, we’ll be adding a bit of a twist – a walking pub tour. Yes, seriously. After the main bit of the evening, we’ll be heading out together to visit a handpicked pubs down Newport Pagnell’s high street before finishing up at The Dolphin. It’s all designed to make it easier to mingle, keep the atmosphere lively and give you the chance to build connections while enjoying the town’s character.

What’s happening this month?

Our speaker for this event is PUBNetworking founder, Milo Dunne and his talk is called "Your YOUnique Selling Point."

This talk will all be about why you are the reason people will buy and why being yourself will benefit you in the long run, even if some people don't approve.

Location

Starting at Ousebank House, we have their function room all to ourselves. And a great selection of drinks too.

You’ll also be well looked after – Ousebank House will have nibbles available, and you’ll have access to a bar throughout the event.

In future months (when we do the pub tours), the evening will start here too – with drinks, intros, and a short talk – before we set off down the high street. We’ll be ending up at The Dolphin where we’ll have exclusive use of their lounge and back garden areas, and yes, a bar there as well. A screen and projector will be available at both venues, so you won’t miss a thing.

Plan for the night:

7.30 – Arrive at Ousebank House for drinks, intros & mingling

7.50 – Quick welcome and presentation from Milo.

8.30 – PUB tour kicks off! We’ll stroll Newport Pagnell high street, visiting a handpicked pub.

9.15 – Wrap up at The Dolphin Pub.

End at: The Dolphin Pub .

Somewhere in the middle: A surprise pub.
