Friends Who Are Going
Event description

The Milton Keynes Raspberry Jam is back for it's final meet of 2017. Heck, let's call it the Christmas special. Once again we're at The National Museum of Computing, home of the Pi's great-great-great-grandma, Colossus.

Raspberry Jams are social events held all over the world where people who are interested in Raspberry Pi come together to share their knowledge and learn new things as well as meeting other Pi fans.

The new room layout worked really well last time, so we're sticking to that. Also, we're moving the start time forward an hour to give show-and-tellers time to set up.

After the great success of our workshops at the last event, we will be running more. Details will follow shortly.

Places are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis and are restricted to 14 places per session (although spectators are permitted at the discretion of the instructors). Please sign-up on the day.

Show and Tell

In the BBC Micro classroom: An informal, social show-and-tell. Made something cool? Come and show it to us all; share your knowledge and experience. Previously we've shown football robots, musical gadgets, virtual reality and Pi-operated Enigma machines.

Nothing to show? Don't know a Raspberry Pi from a Strawberry Crumpet? No matter, this event is for you to learn about these remarkable computers and to eliminate any technofear you may have. Want to learn to code? Work with kids and need some support? Come along.

We'll be in the meeting room of The National Museum of Computer in Bletchley Park from 11am onwards on the 25rd November.
