Information and support for parent carers, young people and children with a special educational need or disability aged 0 - 25yrs.
Come along and speak to services that can help, find information that you need, listen to talks by key speakers and attend workshops on areas of concern or interest.
The theme of our event is Positive Mental Health

Workshops at 11:15 – 12:30 and 13:30 – 14:45 (Event closes at 15:30)
Workshop and creche places must be pre-booked to avoid disappointment

Due to high demand some of the workshops are now full. However there will still be lots of advice and information available so do come and join us! See below for a full list of information stands and programme for the day.

The Sound Learning Centre Workshop - Get to know your senses. The importance of the sensory systems and how they influence your child's learning, behaviour and emotional well-being. Working to improve the senses in order to enhance performance www.thesoundlearningcentre.co.uk

MK Play Association - Make a model that moves using rubber bands, cogs and split pins.
The Parks Trust - Outdoor forest school activity

National Deaf Children's Society - Technology session

FREE Drop-in Sensory/quiet area
FREE Dyslexia Drop-in - information/support provided by David Schiff of Dyslexia Success
FREE Parking and Disabled Parking
If you prefer to browse the information stands there will be plenty of time throughout the day to do this.
If you would like to listen to the speakers and take part in the workshops as well, there will be plenty of opportunity to visit the stands before the event finishes at 15:30.
